A common way of transferring files between computers, using a program such as SmartFTP. You login with a username and password, and can then transfer files between the two computers. The context used here is usually between your PC and our web server. If you do not have an ftpclient program you can download SmartFTP by clicking here.
When you launch your ftp program you will enter the fields below:
Address
Username
Password
To obtain the address, username, and password you can contact SGT. Click Here to Email SGT or call us at 1-800-753-9790
Uploading Your Files
Once you've logged into our
server via your ftp program you will see a folder named "add files
here".
Right click in the window where you see "add files here" and click
Upload > Direct > Select Files...
A new window will pop up. Browse to your file, highlight it and click
"Open".
NOTE: It may take a couple of minutes for your file to transfer.
Once your file transfer has finished you will see it in the upper window.
